Step One
We will listen to you, and assess the problem that you have had
with your dental treatment or your dentist.
Step Two
If we believe that you have a potential claim that is worth pursuing
we will tell you, and we will ask you to complete our claim questionnaire.
Step Three
We will assess the completed claim questionnaire, and if we believe,
at that stage, that you may have the basis for a legal claim,
then one of our legal staff
will be allocated to assist you in your claim. Your dedicated case handler will be there to help you for the duration of your claim on a day-to-day basis.
Step Four
We will explore all the different ways in which your claim may be supported. We are specialists in acting for clients on a conditional fee basis - so called 'no win, no fee' - but will be delighted to assist you on the most suitable arrangement for you.
Step Five
Our specialist legal staff are experienced in assisting patients
in dental negligence claims and will act efficiently and effectively to ensure
that you receive the help and financial compensation to which you are entitled.
