David spent ten years as a dentist before qualifying as a barrister and practising at the Bar for two years. In March 1988 he qualified as a solicitor and since that time he has concentrated on representing dental patients.
David is particularly proud that the Dental Law Partnership has pioneered the use of conditional fee agreements, which have allowed patients to bring meritorious claims that they would not otherwise have been able to pursue without serious financial risk.
In his life outside the office David enjoys taking the dog for long walks in the country and mountain biking and motorbiking. Sometimes he will even sit in the garden and read a bit of fiction. |
