The Dental Law Partnership was awarded with Investors in People (IIP) in March 2004 following an assessment by an independent body. IIP is the national standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals.

When being assessed for IIP one of the areas we had to demonstrate was that we understood the impact of our investment in people on our performance and to show that we are fully committed to developing our staff in order to achieve our aims and objectives

In achieving IIP it has been recognised that the Partnership is an organisation which places a high value on staff and which recognises that the staff play an extremely important role.  We are fully committed to our workers and ensure that our staff receive the training they require to carry out their duties effectively and to a high standard.  We have proved that our staff have the right knowledge, skills and motivation to help our clients.
