Director Chris Dean calls for the General Dental Council (GDC) to take more responsibility in ensuring that dentists have adequate insurance checks in an article about the negligence incurred by two victims of Polish Dentist, Dr Reichel.  After providing poor dental treatment in the UK, Dr Reichel has returned to Poland leaving two clients of the Dental Law Partnership with no access to justice and large corrective dental bills to pay.
